You may request deletion of your My Wattie account and associated personal information at any time.

To submit an account deletion request, please email:

support@mywattie.com

Include the following in your request:

• Your full name
   
• The email address or phone number associated with your My Wattie account
   
• The subject line: “Delete My Account”
   

• Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days after we receive and verify your request.
   
• Personal information associated with your account will be removed unless retention is required by:
   
  • applicable law
     
  • regulatory obligations
     
  • legitimate fraud-prevention or security purposes
     
• Certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for:
   
  • analytics and service improvement
     
  • fraud prevention
     
  • legal compliance
     

For security, we may request identity verification before completing deletion to protect your account and personal information.
